- A 50% deposit is required to hold your pickup date at the time or placing your order. The remainder of your balance is due one week prior to pickup.
- Payment can be made via Venmo, credit cards (Square), cash, or check.
- Cancellations must be communicated one week prior to your scheduled pickup for a refund.
- Covid cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to pickup for a partial refund. You may chose to reschedule your order for a future date. If your order has already been started by the time of your cancellation it will be frozen and properly thawed for your event.
- In the event that I test positive for Covid-19 you will be issued a full refund for your order. If a member of my family tests positive I will either cancel your order for a full refund or contact you to determine if it's possible to move ahead with your order with conditions.
