Payment & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to hold your pickup date at the time or placing your order. The remainder of your balance is due one week prior to pickup.
Payment can be made via Venmo, credit cards (Square), cash, or check.
Cancellations must be communicated one week prior to your scheduled pickup for a refund.
Covid cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to pickup for a partial refund. You may chose to reschedule your order for a future date. If your order has already been started by the time of your cancellation it will be frozen and properly thawed for your event.
In the event that I test positive for Covid-19 you will be issued a full refund for your order. If a member of my family tests positive I will either cancel your order for a full refund or contact you to determine if it's possible to move ahead with your order with conditions.

By placing your order by paying the required deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above.
